Amy McClaughry is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of diverse experience. Her expertise includes negotiation of transactional documents, site acquisition, partnership structuring, and due diligence. She is well-versed in obtaining public incentives and tax credits, such as CID, TIF, STAR Bonds, LIHTC, and other regional and state incentives, as well as handling project financing and dispositions. Additionally, she coordinates construction, leasing, and development teams effectively.

Throughout her career, Amy has worked with various property types, including industrial/warehouse, mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, single-tenant properties, office spaces, and multi-family projects across the United States. This extensive knowledge allows her to understand the nuances of each CRE sector.

In 2015, Amy founded Latitude 42 Consulting, leveraging her vast experience. Prior to this venture, she served as the Director of Legal/Leasing for RED Development in Phoenix, Arizona, and then as Vice President of Legal Services at RED's former sister company, Legacy Development, in Kansas City, Missouri. Over her career, she has successfully negotiated more than 10 million square feet of occupancy agreements, showcasing her proficiency in project financing and real estate negotiations.
